Dear everyone,
We have been touring The Beautiful Wild since it came out in September. Across Canada, into the states, a little in Australia and even Japan. Home now, I am trying to grow tiny vegetables, until we find our way back to you.
On behalf of the band and myself, I want to thank you so much for coming to the shows. I feel so lucky that you care about the music, that you buy tickets and listen to us play. You are a part of this experience in a very special way. I could not do it without you. Thank you, thank you.
Special news is on the brink of fall happenings as well as a secret side project I worked on all winter when I wasn’t on tour. (and sometimes when I was) We don’t know what we’re calling it yet, but i have been creating it with two of Halifax’s finest hero’s- Charles Austin and Graeme Campbell. We’re getting very excited to share this with you!
We are also building a studio here for the amazing records my husband has been producing. It’s in the woods, by the lake. We’re cutting down trees, getting the grounds ready. It’s going to have one turquoise wall. did you know that the color turquoise stimulates the throat chakra? to sing, sing…It’s the beginning of an era!!
